Yes! All rentals are professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Fresh linens, towels, and essential amenities are provided to ensure a spotless, comfortable stay.

Select properties are pet-friendly. If you’re bringing a pet, please confirm the unit’s pet policy before booking. A pet fee may apply.

All of our properties are 100% smoke-free inside. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas where allowed.

• Start the dishwasher

• Place used towels in the bathtub or shower

• Double-check for personal items

No deep cleaning required—just leave the place as tidy as you found it!

Our cancellation policies vary slightly depending on the platform or booking method. For direct bookings, we typically offer:

• Full refund if canceled 30+ days before arrival

• Partial refund if canceled 14–29 days before

• No refund if canceled within 13 days of arrival
